Setup

Install & pin the extension

  1. Install from your browser’s store.
  2. Pin the icon to your toolbar.
  3. Click “Add Meeting” and fill in details.

Open the popup, click the meeting name, and you’re in. Use search to find a room fast.

  • Tooltip hints guide new users.
  • Badge counter can show saved meetings (optional).
Privacy

Your data stays in your browser

Zoom Meeting Saver stores your meeting details locally in your browser storage. Nothing is sent to external servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Does this replace Zoom?

No—this is a helper to start Zoom meetings quickly. You still need the Zoom app or web client.

Where are my meetings stored?

In your browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data may remove saved meetings.

Which browsers are supported?

Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Other Chromium-based browsers may also work.

Can I export or back up?

Coming soon. For now, you can copy/paste meeting details from the Edit screen.
